Facilitating the Release: Reflective Questions + EFT Worksheets
(1) These reflective questions will assist you in identifying people, behaviors, thoughts, memories, projects in your life that may need to be released. You know, free up some space for things that nourish you instead. Journaling is great way to pull out your inner wisdom. It's like taking your brain for a walk...you get things moving in there...it seems to breathe deeper, and magically, fresh thoughts begin coming forward. Many times, just identifying the truth within our pain, really acknowledging it, without any judgement, is enough to begin the release.
(2) The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), commonly known as "tapping" is great tool for deep-rooted emotional issues and chronic pain (often one and the same). I created this handy dandy worksheet with links to an EFT video and a fillable form so you aren't trying to remember what to say as you go through the process.
Creating sacred space to perform activities such as these below, always gives them (and you) added power. Carve out a few quiet moments just for you. A few other common ways to create sacred space are to light a candle, put on some soothing music, diffuse or apply some essential oils, whatever makes you feel nourished + loved.
