Are you suffocating under the weight of thoughts, emotions & behavior you can’t seem to shake? Perhaps you’ve found yourself in an old, familiar rut. It’s all too easy to get caught up managing the chaos of daily life and forget to care for ourselves. If we allow our awareness to drift too far from our Soul, from God, we often find ourselves defaulting to patterns of previous behavior that aren’t exactly beneficial - to us, or those around us. It’s simply part of the ebb and flow of all life, though. Drop the guilt. Drop the self-loathing. Drop the sadness.
All around you, the Universe is gently guiding you. Fall is nature’s way of showing us how to embrace change. It’s time to let your leaves fall. Release yourself. It’s a decision, sometimes one we have to make several times a day, but it will get easier. Simply let go of the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are not serving you, each time you become aware of their existence. Surrender them to the wind, and choose another thought that makes you feel good. Choose to engage in an activity that uplifts your body and soul.
