Complete this exercise on as many situations as you wish. You will likely see a trend in the emotions or energy of the words that are central to the the actions led by the mind versus those led by the heart.
This isn't to say it must always be one way or another, but now, you can choose consciously. It's also a great tool when you have one of those WTH am I doing here moments, which can often happen when we follow either path (mind or heart) for too long without that conscious choice. It's really like have two different maps, and if you aren't purposefully selecting which one to use, you'll likely end up way down your mind's path without your heart. Or, you may be follow your heart so quickly and blindly that you "wake" up in a panic because suddenly there are a multitude of physical life tasks that you haven't touched in forever (the general things humans need for survival).
